- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with junior professionals to support their integration and contribution to project deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional, Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and configuration options.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable application solutions within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Salesforce ecosystems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues to ensure seamless application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
