Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports and interfaces within SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of database programming and performance tuning in SAP HANA.
- Ability to design and implement enhancements and modifications to existing SAP applications.
- Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting complex SAP ABAP programs.
- Understanding of integration techniques between SAP and other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
