Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires overseeing the development process, coordinating with various teams to ensure alignment, and managing the delivery of high-quality solutions. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive project success and maintain seamless communication across all involved parties.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to optimize team performance and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with back-end development using Java-based frameworks and RESTful services.
- Familiarity with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
