- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to optimize system configurations and integration workflows to enhance overall solution effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of platform standards with evolving business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate platform performance, recommending improvements to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance requirements within enterprise environments.
- Experience in configuring and managing SAP GRC modules to support governance and regulatory needs.
- Ability to design and implement integration strategies between SAP GRC and other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with release management processes and tools to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining system stability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
