Summary:

As a SAP Platform experts, you will serve as an integral member of the SAP Platform Ranger Squad team, with responsibilities that include conducting technology and platform assessments, providing informed recommendations, and driving improvements in the architecture, design, and deployment of large-scale SAP applications, infrastructure, data, integrations, and related systems. The role places a strong emphasis on automation, performance optimization, and operational excellence. You will be expected to innovate and scale SAP solutions and applications, ensuring their seamless integration and high availability across the enterprise. Additionally, as a platform ranger, you should demonstrate proficiency with the latest technologies and tools, such as generative AI, and actively disseminate this expertise throughout all SAP solutions.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Manager & Cloud ALM Technical Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, including S/4 HANA conversions, Solution Manager configurations, and Cloud ALM implementations. The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, manage project delivery, and ensure operational excellence across multiple client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

-Drive Cloud ALM operations and implementation activities.
-Experience with the latest in SAP CALM and use of GenAI tools & services.
-Experience with SAP Monitoring & Observability for S/4 HANA, BTP & SAP Cloud Solutions
-Lead Solution Manager and Cloud ALM capability for enterprise IT projects.
-Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, including planning, execution, and go-live support.
-Oversee Solman implementations and BASIS support for multiple clients.
-Conduct S/4 HANA conversion assessments and deliver conversion projects.
-Provide cutover and go-live support for SAP implementations.
-Ensure smooth operations and configurations for Solution Manager applications.
-Use of the latest in business transformation with SAP CALM & other tools for observability & monitoring of SAP applications including Joule & GenAI
-Business transformation with integration toolchain

Technincal skills:

-Experience: 14+ years
-S/4 HANA Conversion Assessments & Project Delivery
-Cutover and Go-Live Support
-Solution Manager Application Operations & Configurations
-Cloud ALM Operations and Implementation

Professional Skills:

-Strong expertise in SAP Solution Manager and SAP Basis.
-Proven leadership in managing technical teams and complex SAP projects.
-Excellent understanding of Cloud ALM and S/4 HANA conversion processes.
-Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time.
