Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for coordinating efforts across various teams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with project goals. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous collaboration to drive the successful delivery of customized solutions that support business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and project quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project milestones and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong knowledge of order-to-cash business processes and their configuration within SAP Sales and Distribution.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to sales order processing, pricing, and billing.
- Ability to customize and enhance SAP SD modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other modules such as Materials Management and Finance.
- Skilled in analyzing business needs and translating them into technical specifications for SAP SD solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
