Summary:
As an Enablon HSE Functional Consultant, a typical day involves leading the implementation and optimization of Enablon HSE solutions for multi-site client environments. This role requires collaborating with business stakeholders to understand Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) processes, translating business requirements into effective system solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of HSE initiatives. The position focuses on aligning business processes with application architecture, driving compliance, and supporting end-to-end implementation activities to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Responsible for end-to-end HSE implementation for multi-site client portfolios using Enablon HSE modules.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders to understand HSE processes and operational needs.
Analyze business requirements and prepare requirement analysis documents, business process models, and use cases related to HSE operations.
Align HSE business processes with application architecture to meet client requirements and business objectives.
Support implementation activities including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical teams, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
Drive process improvements and recommend best practices for HSE system adoption and compliance management.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enablon HSE Modules.
Strong understanding of key HSE processes related to Environment Monitoring, including Air, Water, Waste, Soil, Groundwater, Risk, Incident, and Metrics modules.
Hands-on experience implementing Enablon HSE modules for multi-site client environments.
Experience in configuring and customizing various HSE modules within the Enablon application suite.
Strong understanding of HSE business processes, regulatory compliance requirements, and workflow management.
Experience conducting requirement gathering workshops and preparing functional documentation.
Understanding of Enablon APIs, integrations, and interfacing capabilities with external systems.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of software implementation lifecycle, testing methodologies, and deployment processes.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Enablon HSE implementation and configuration.
Experience working with multi-site HSE implementations and enterprise-scale deployments is preferred.
Knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety compliance and reporting frameworks is an added advantage.
This position is based at multiple locations.
A 15 years full-time education is required.
