Summary:

We are looking for a technology leader with 12–16 years of experience across application development, system integration, GenAI/Agentic AI and technology delivery. The role will lead teams and workstreams across the SDLC, identify high-value AI and automation opportunities, translate business problems into technology solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes and ROI.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business processes and value streams to identify opportunities for GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, modernization and process transformation.

2. Lead the design and delivery of application, integration, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, ensuring effective integration with enterprise applications, APIs, databases and external systems.

3. Own delivery across scope, schedule, resources, budget, dependencies, risks, quality and milestones while coordinating multiple technical teams.

4. Partner with business, product, architecture and technology stakeholders to prioritize use cases, demonstrate solutions, track outcomes and drive adoption and reuse.

Professional & Technical Skills

1. Strong understanding of application development, SDLC, system integration, APIs, microservices, databases, cloud applications, OOP and software engineering practices practical experience with Python and another OOP language is preferred.

2. Strong understanding of GenAI/LLM and Agentic AI, including prompt engineering, agents, agentic workflows, orchestration, tool/function calling, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search and knowledge retrieval.

3. Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, Amazon Bedrock Agents or equivalent, and enterprise integration patterns.

4. Strong understanding of solution architecture, scalability, security, maintainability, Responsible AI, AI governance and the ability to select GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, traditional software or hybrid approaches.

Additional Information:

1. Experience managing Agile delivery, project budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and multiple workstreams is required.

2. Ability to define and track business outcomes and ROI metrics such as productivity improvement, effort savings, cycle-time reduction, quality improvement and cost savings.

3. Experience leading PoCs, executive demonstrations, technical hiring, mentoring and capability development is desirable.
