Summary:
As a CATIA Automation Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to enhance engineering workflows within CATIA and the Dassault Syst mes 3DEXPERIENCE platform. Your typical day will involve collaborating with engineering teams to understand design requirements, creating automation scripts and tools to streamline repetitive tasks, and ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and user-friendly. You will also participate in testing, debugging, and documenting solutions to deliver high-quality automation that improves productivity and aligns with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and gradually become an SME in CATIA Automation.
- Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and solution brainstorming.
- Develop CATIA macros, scripts, and applications using C#/.NET and CATIA APIs.
- Contribute in providing innovative solutions for automating engineering workflows.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, user manuals, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Stress, Manufacturing) to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
- Support issue resolution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing automation tools.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6 Automation and Dassault Syst mes 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- Strong knowledge of C#, VB.NET, and/or C++ for developing CATIA automation.
- Understanding of CATIA APIs (CAA, EKL, VBA, Automation objects).
- Solid grasp of object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Experience in developing automation tools for CAD/PLM environments.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git, SVN, or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with engineering processes in automotive, aerospace, or industrial domains.
- Ability to troubleshoot automation scripts, debug code, and optimize performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in CATIA Automation and .NET technologies.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
