About this role

As our CRM Platform Engineer, you will join the CRM Platforms team—the exclusive owners and experts of the CRM technology stack at Just Eat Takeaway.com.

This is a Junior to Medior level role, making it the perfect landing spot for someone who is hungry to grow. You don’t need a heavy technical background to start; if you have a solid logical foundation and a passion for learning, we will provide the onboarding and mentorship you need to become a specialist. You’ll be mentored by experts as you take ownership of industry-leading tools like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Hightouch. You aren't just a support function; you are a platform owner, ensuring our tech is reliable, automated, and ready for the next big innovation.

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Platform Ownership: Take pride in managing our CRM ecosystem, aiming high to ensure platforms are healthy and performing at their full potential.
• Technical Enablement: Support global CRM teams by driving excellence in the technical aspects of their campaigns and finding the best solutions.
• Continuous Learning: Deep dive into Salesforce Developer Experience (DX) and master the "under the hood" mechanics of CRM engineering.
• Bridge the Gap: Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to translate campaign goals into technical reality through clear communication.
• Automation & Reliability: Help manage data flows via Hightouch, ensuring our platforms are scalable and capable of reaching millions of customers.
• Proactive Delivery: Bring a "get things done" attitude to every task, taking responsibility for high-quality results from start to finish.

• Fluency in English: Essential for collaborating with our diverse global teams and navigating our technical documentation.
