About this CRM Campaign Specialist role at Blackbaud
About the role
Support Digital Services initiatives by creating and delivering engaging email and SMS campaigns that help charities connect with supporters and maximise fundraising outcomes. Support campaign execution from build through testing, deployment and optimisation.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and configure responsive email templates and journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Develop and maintain reusable email templates and campaign assets.
- Create and test email and SMS campaigns across multiple devices and email clients.
- Gather and prepare campaign assets including copy, images and supporting content for deployment.
- Ensure all campaigns meet quality assurance and deliverability standards before launch.
- Support campaign scheduling and deployment in line with client requirements and deadlines.
What we need from you
- Experience using email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo or Campaign Monitor.
- Understanding of HTML and CSS for email development.
- Experience building responsive email templates.
- Strong QA and testing capabilities.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaign deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience using Asana, Jira or similar project management tools.
