Join us as a Credit Fraud Analyst to help protect Qonto's credit products as we become a bank. You'll own the operational efficiency of our credit fraud processes end-to-end, reporting to Thibault, Head of Fraud.

➡️ What you'll do

• Own credit fraud operations end-to-end: You'll supervise the day-to-day efficiency of our credit fraud processes.
• Sharpen our AI fraud detection: You'll partner with Tech to continuously improve the AI tool we use to catch credit fraud and defaults.
• Rework eligibility, not just enforce it: You'll analyze credit defaults and declined financing to challenge and rework our eligibility criteria.
• Build and run fraud controls: You'll design and implement the controls that keep our credit products safe as we scale.
• Be the cross-market go-to on credit fraud: You'll act as the point of contact for Risk, Product and Customer Care across all our markets.

• You're curious about AI: You're comfortable using AI tools to spot patterns in data, and keen to help us sharpen the AI tool we use to catch fraud.
