About this role 

As our Order to Cash (OTC) Credit and Collection Specialist in the Global Finance Operations team, you will play a key role in keeping our business financially healthy while maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients.  In this role, you will support account risk management by assessing client risk during onboarding and client journey, and actively managing collections to minimize overdue balances. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will bring a customer-centric approach to problem-solving, using teamwork to deliver efficiency, protect cash flow, and support sustainable growth. 

These are some of the key components to the position: 

• Risk assessments for new corporate clients to support safe onboarding.
• Conduct proactive collection activities to keep overdue client accounts to a minimum.
• Monitor overdue invoicing and action immediately to ensure smooth financial workflows.
• Drive excellence by maintaining clear communication with client accounts regarding balances and payments.
• Collaborate closely with internal finance and sales teams to resolve account queries and help one another succeed.
• Continuously looking for ways to improve the Collection process in your own portfolio and as a team.

• Proficiency in navigating ERP systems and specialized collection tools.

• Experience with continuous improvement projects, showing a commitment to raising the bar and driving excellence.
• A goal-oriented approach, staying committed to achieving results while acting responsibly to protect business health.
• Results-driven, with the ability to execute quickly and efficiently to maximise impact while getting into the details when necessary.
