Our team β
Credit Platform's mission is to systematise credit analysis and decisioning across Monzo's products, data and geographies.β
We source, onboard and manage the credit bureau and external-data suppliers that power underwriting in the UK and, increasingly, across the EU. You'll join a small, high-performing team supporting an ambitious multi-market growth agenda.

π Youβll play a key role by...
- Supporting the sourcing, onboarding and day-to-day management of Credit Reference Agencies and external-data suppliers across consumer and commercial data
- Maintaining Monzo's single source of truth on what bureau (borrowing) data and products we hold, what we're contracted for, and how each is used
- Tracking and reconciling spend against supplier volumes and budgets, and surfacing cost-optimisation opportunities
- Coordinating supplier onboarding steps with Legal, Data Protection, Security and Procurement
- Helping test and evaluate new CRA and alternative-data products, and writing up findings for the squad to evaluate further
- Owning end-to-end one or more supplier relationships or EU workstreams (e.g. Open Banking scoring, a market's bureau stack), and deputising for the Credit Bureau Relationship Manager
- Leading discrete procurement/contract-lifecycle activities and shaping supplier strategy in your area

- You're a clear, confident communicator, comfortable coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
- You have a sharp eye for detail acrossΒ invoices, contracts, trackers and records stay accurate in your hands
- You're proactive and self-starting: you chase things down and keep work moving without being asked
- You're genuinely curious about credit-bureau data, suppliers and how they support lendingΒ and keen to build that domain knowledge
- Nice to have: exposure to procurement, supplier/vendor management, or financial services

πThis role can be based in our London office, but we're open to distributed working within the UK (with ad hoc meetings in London)
