About this Creator Partnerships Manager role at Crytek
As Creator Partnerships Manager, you own Crytek's influencer and creator program across the portfolio, reporting to the Head of Communication & PR.
You build the creator network, run the partnerships and activations, and make sure creators are integrated into our campaigns rather than bolted onto them.
What You'll Do

Own creator and influencer strategy across all titles

Build and maintain the creator network, from long-term partners to campaign-specific activations

Negotiate and manage creator partnerships and contracts

Plan and deliver creator activations around launches and live beats

Measure creator performance and report on impact

Integrate creators into wider marketing, community and PR plans

Manage creator budgets
What You Bring
-
5+ years in creator, influencer or talent partnerships, ideally in games
-
Established creator relationships and network

Deal negotiation and contract management experience

Activation planning and delivery track record

Performance measurement literacy

Excellent communication skills in English

Willingness to relocate to Frankfurt am Main, Germany
What you can expect from us
We believe in the value of in-person collaboration while also supporting flexibility. Our hybrid working model includes three days per week in the office and the option to work remotely up to two days per week, unless role-specific requirements or business needs require you to be on site.
