About this Create Smart Content Creator (12 months secondment) role at Pfizer
This is a 12-month secondment supporting the CreateSmart Regional Content Hub in Greece, serving International (ex-US) markets.
This position contributes to the adaptation, development, and optimization of digital promotional materials. The Content Creator partners with cross-functional teams to deliver visually engaging, compliant, and audience-focused content that aligns with business objectives and brand standards.
Through innovative design solutions, best-practice application, and a strong understanding of digital platforms, the role helps drive content excellence and supports the ongoing evolution of CreateSmart's creative capabilities.
- Adapt and produce promotional content developed by Global Marketing teams to fit regional needs, under the direction of the CreateSmart ICO team, adhering to the languages, platforms, technical specifications, and Pfizer guidelines, ensuring quality in execution.
- Deliver visually compelling and compliant digital assets that support marketing objectives while ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience across channels.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues to deliver on-strategy content to be easily reused by content creators in International
- Apply user-centred design principles and best practices to optimize engagement, ensure best practices per channel, and ease reuse at a local level
Basic Qualifications
- Ideally a Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with ALL Adobe Creative Cloud software
