This role will support cutting-edge integrated sales and marketing strategies, while learning fundamental sales and marketing skills. This temp should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the temp assignment having gained broad experience in various aspects of insurance sales and marketing.

Required Responsibilities:

• Support various corporate internal and external sales and marketing programs with a focus on Stop Loss products.
• Assist with creative development, production, distribution and tracking of Stop Loss sales and marketing initiatives.
• Provide competitive research and analysis support.
• Assist with search engine optimization strategies.
• Work with various databases including Salesforce, email automation programs, and CRM.
• Draft client communications, content for blogs, website, and social media.
• Analyze and interpret industry material and rewrite information for updated Company communications.
• Support quoting team on crafting proposals.
• Analyze trends and service levels.
• Research to ensure enrollment request meets eligibility requirements.
• Prepare and process enrollments for Stop Loss lines of coverage in several different data systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Junior or Senior undergraduate student who is majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Public Relations.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Design software experience is a bonus, and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this temp position.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships.
• Work in and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
