This project role is currently funded through June 2028.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Support the implementation and deployment of the new cPLM system across Food & Nutrition sites.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Experience within Food R&D, Product Development, Raw Materials, Formulation, or Food Innovation.
  • Strong understanding of recipes, ingredients, specifications, and food product development processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data quality.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools, systems, and new technologies.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced transformation environment.
  • SAP or PLM experience is a plus.

Working globally

This is a global role supporting stakeholders across Europe and North America. As a result, you are comfortable working flexibly when needed, including occasional meetings outside of standard working hours to collaborate with teams in the UK and US.
