Essential Duties:

• Provide friendly, accurate assistance to students, staff, and visitors
• Maintain knowledge of campus services, resources, and events
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of front desk staff
• Create and manage staff schedules for both desks
• Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth service coverage
• Communicate updates and procedures from Student Life to front desk staff
• Manage supplies, lost and found, and general office organization
• Support Student Life initiatives, including the Food Pantry and Game Room
• Keep signage, flyers, and information up to date in SIC and restroom areas
• Foster teamwork and address conflicts or performance concerns when needed
• Additional duties may be assigned as necessary to support the goals and objectives of the department and college
• Answering switchboard calls for the college

Rate of Pay: $17.34 hourly *Higher compensation may be considered based on qualifications directly related to position

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in student services, customer service, or supervision

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of the organization and administration of various higher education academic and social programs
• Knowledge of campus and community resources
• Knowledge of state, federal, and campus rules, regulations, and requirements related to campus academic and social programs
• Ability to coordinate the activities of campus academic and/or social programs
• Ability to evaluate collected information and formulate into recommendations
• Ability to compile information into report form
