Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the country P&L, delivering on revenue, margin, and cost targets
- Define and execute the country strategy aligned with regional and global objectives
- Oversee all warehousing, cold store, and distribution centre operations across Benelux
- Drive operational performance across key KPIs including productivity, service levels, and inventory accuracy
- Lead commercial growth initiatives, including market expansion, customer acquisition, and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Lead, develop, and inspire the country leadership team to deliver a high-performance culture
What We Are Looking For:
Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset - curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.
Demonstrated experience owning and managing full P&L in a logistics, supply chain, or contract logistics environment
Strong leadership experience managing large, multi-site operations and senior leadership teams
Solid commercial acumen with experience in business development, contract negotiations, and customer engagement
Deep understanding of warehousing, distribution, and operational excellence principles
Proven ability to lead transformation, change initiatives, and drive performance improvements in complex organisations
