Counterintelligence Officer – Spanish Language Enabled
Seeking a highly experienced Counterintelligence Officer who possesses Spanish language skills to support our Beacon program's mission to counter global threats. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intelligence analysis, operations, and counterintelligence, with a focus on supporting complex operations.
Requirements:
- Requires possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates who do not possess this clearance will be disqualified.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience.
- A least 7 years of direct customer experience focused on intelligence operations and analysis.
- Language Proficiency: Spanish 3+
- Certifications: Relevant professional certifications are preferred.
Experience:
- Experience supporting complex intelligence operations or programs.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working in a global or regional context.
- Experience in multiple areas, such as countering illicit activities, intelligence analysis, or counterterrorism.
Skills:
- Research and analysis skills, including open-source research and data analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing requirements and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with standard office software and databases.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Intelligence Community operations and best practices.
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing intelligence activities.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
- Ability to analyze complex information and prioritize effectively.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
