To provide high-quality banking services to individual and corporate customers, respond to inquiries, and follow up on customer requests and banking transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures and the instructions of the Central Bank of Iraq.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome individual and corporate customers and provide information about the bank’s products and services.
• Process customer requests and follow up on account opening and customer information updates in accordance with approved procedures.
• Assist customers with banking cards, transfers, digital banking services, and other banking products.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure the completeness of required documentation and verify customer information in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
• Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and comply with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking sector.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal professionally with individual and corporate customers.
• Proficiency in using computers and banking systems.
• Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Iraqi nations only.
