Job Overview

The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for driving organic growth of the company’s Corporate (wholesale) business through proactive client acquisition and market expansion.

This role is a frontline sales (hunter) position, focusing on identifying new business opportunities, building networks, and converting prospects into active accounts—especially across regions outside Java.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive organic corporate sales growth by actively sourcing, approaching, and converting new clients.
  • Build and expand strong business networks, particularly in non-Java regions, to grow market reach.
  • Conduct end-to-end sales activities: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing, and handover for execution.
  • Maintain and develop existing clients to ensure repeat business while prioritizing new account acquisition.
  • Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Provide regular sales updates, pipeline status, and performance reports to line manager.
  • Handle customers professionally to maintain strong business relationships.

Scope of Role

  • Individual contributor
  • Strong emphasis on new business acquisition (“hunter role”) rather than account maintenance
  • KPI-driven role with focus on revenue generation and new client onboarding
  • Operates under supervision of Corporate Manager

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1), preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate / wholesale sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion or retail industry (mandatory).
  • Proven track record in organic sales growth and new client acquisition.
  • Strong existing network, especially outside Java region.
  • Solid understanding of sales cycles and retail business dynamics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills (English proficiency required).
  • Self-driven, proactive, and highly target oriented.
