Meet the team:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Corporate Compliance team supporting the EMEA region. We are currently seeking a Corporate Compliance Analyst to join the team and help advance our compliance program across the region. In this role, you will support the EMEA Compliance Lead in ensuring that interactions with healthcare providers (HCPs) are conducted in accordance with Dexcom policies and applicable requirements. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and play a key role in supporting

HCP engagement lifecycle processes.

Where you come in:

• You support the administration of Dexcom’s HCP engagement processes, helping ensure required documentation and approvals are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• You prepare and generate HCP agreements and related documentation to support HCP engagements.

• You liaison with EMEA region business stakeholders to facilitate requests for HCP engagements, ensuring timely completion of required compliance processes.

• You track the completion status of HCP agreements and liaise with stakeholders to ensure agreements are fully executed before engagements or events take place.

• You assist the EMEA Corporate Compliance team with the HCP FMV tiering process.

• You support the administration of the conflict of interest disclosure process for the EMEA region.

• You collect, track and submit the Grants & Donations requests to EMEA Compliance Leader and EMEA Grants Committee, and draft LOAs for approved grants.

• You assist, as needed, with Transparency reporting for annual disclosure reporting obligations.

• You perform other duties, as assigned, to assist with the implementation of Dexcom’s Corporate Compliance program in the EMEA region.

What makes you successful:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree.

• You bring knowledge and experience of contracting and compliance processes and experience working in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries.

• You have good communication skills including the ability to explain both compliance and legal principals to stakeholders providing clear guidance to ensure a timely and compliant contracting process.

• You are able to work independently, prioritize work effectively and have excellent time management skills.

• You have a strong customer focus, work ethic and integrity.

• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a positive attitude.

• You must be self-directed, proactive, motivated, a fast learner, and experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

• You must be detail oriented, have excellent written skills, and communicate effectively in English.

• Ability to work confidently within groups in a multinational company and respond to global/cultural sensitivities.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience

Flex Workplace:

• Your primary location will be your assigned Dexcom site, but you may work part of the week from a home office. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).
