AstraZeneca · Hybrid · Sweden - Stockholm

Are you ready to turn policy insight into faster patient access and stronger business outcomes? Do you see patterns in legislative change before others do, and know how to convert them into clear, practical actions?

Our AstraZeneca Nordic Marketing Company employs around 550 people and has offices located in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, and Espoo. From day one, you will join existing and build external relationships and internal alliances needed to see around corners, mitigate reputational risk, and ensure our responses are timely, evidence‑based and compliant. The result: stronger market plans, better prepared decision makers, and progress for patients and the business.

  • Communication: Lead external communications, including media relations, narrative development and spokesperson preparation, to position AstraZeneca as a credible voice on innovation and sustainable healthcare.
  • Reputation & Risk: Identify policy-related reputation risks, define mitigation plans and support leadership preparedness.
  • External Engagement: Coordinate compliant engagement with officials and regulators, including evidence-based briefings, consultations and submissions.
  • Business Integration: Embed policy and regulatory insights into brand and market plans to enable timely, informed decisions.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Lead projects, share best practice and work cross-functionally with Commercial, Legal, Compliance and Market Access teams.
  • Capability Building: Strengthen internal networks and support the development of colleagues and specialists.
