💼 Responsibilities
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing modern DevOps practices, leveraging your expertise in Copado DevOps Implementation, CI/CD, cloud technologies, automation, and security.
Your responsibilities include:
- 🚀 Design, build, and maintain end-to-end Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- ☁️ Implement and optimize cloud-based DevOps infrastructure and automation.
- 🔄 Lead Configuration & Release Management processes to ensure reliable and efficient deployments.
- 🔐 Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across development and deployment workflows.
- 📈 Drive continuous improvement initiatives by defining and promoting DevOps best practices and standards.
- 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- 💡 Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical leadership, mentoring, and strategic guidance across multiple teams.
- ⚙️ Review and optimize infrastructure, automation, and deployment strategies to support scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.
- 🎯 Influence key technical decisions and deliver solutions that can be adopted across multiple teams and business units.
