About this Coordinator, Visual Merchandising Operations role at Charlotte Tilbury
The VM Operations Coordinator will support the VM Manager and the AVP of VM across all activities planned on our distribution calendar. They will support in successfully translating and implementing the placement of all regional visual standards, planograms, distrubution files, vendor briefs and guidelines set forth under the directive of the global team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. Be responsible for all administrative, visual logistics and directives across all different activities planned on our VM/marketing/sales calendar. This role also requires the VM Operations Coordinator to build partnerships with sales managers, creative agencies, manufacturers, suppliers, printers and follow up processes necessary to effectively complete directives with extreme high standards, which includes; exciting windows, sites, light boxes updates, new launch updates on counters and events in stores.
The work is based in our New York office. This will include supporting all VM collateral, including raising and tracking POs, receiving invoices, and reviewing costs. Manage all aspects of the installs, check quality of prints, execution and make sure all VM is implemented as per Charlotte Tilbury standards and in agreement with retailers, to ensure they are executed effectively across all North America and local distribution channels.
Day to day activities will vary depending on the priority of the business and on the level of visual merchandising work being undertaken.
As an Operations Coordinator, Visual Merchandising you will:
Support on VM projects, design and logistics for North America Department stores.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Support the VM manager on the implementation of the Global Charlotte Tilbury strategy across North America
- New launches and in store execution is delivered on time, in budget and to brand standard across region
- Develop and nurture relationships with all key stakeholders- Internal departments/ Regional managers/ Key retailers/ Key suppliers/ Global team
- Update and maintain accurate planograms and guidelines per campaign in partnership with VM manager for Department stores and Free standing stores
- Leverage strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects at one time and deliver all projects are delivered on time with production and delivered to store for launch
- Adapt Global lightbox artwork for retailers within North America
- Create presentation and design proposals alongside the VM and SD teams
- Raise PO’s, control expenditure of orders placed for each individual project
- Manage and collaborate with VM Manager on databases and distribution lists for campaign launches
- Manage projects after execution to make sure they have been implemented correctly
- Manage maintenance program via Service Channel
- Listen to and develop a deep understanding of local consumers and generate new insights to inspire the beauty industry
- Attend regular meetings with wider teams to ensure a collaborative working relationship with cross function teams
- Ensure a compelling customer experience by constantly improving the visual merchandising within stores and maintaining interest through innovation

Requirements
Key Selection Criteria
- Minimum of 1 year of related visual experience wholesale and retail, beauty industry a plus
- Organized self-starter with an ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent time and project management skills with a proactive nature and results-driven, positive “can do” attitude
- Strong attention to detail to produce accurate and high-quality work
- Effectively communicates and has strong interpersonal skills
- Have a strong interest in cosmetics, fashion, retail and product.
- A creative mind who can also deliver commercially, accurately and effectively
- Able to work autonomously, but also thrives in a team environment
- Resourceful and creative problem solver
- Proficient in Mac Operating System
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must have some knowledge and be able to use Adobe Creative Cloud Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Base Salary Range $70,000-75,000**
