We are looking for a Coordinator, Style to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will support the daily operation of the Style department by coordinating activities, managing information and following up on pending tasks and guest requests. You will work closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations, accurate records and timely responses in line with W Brand Standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update room status in hotel systems, ensuring accurate information and communication with Front Office.
• Coordinate Style related guest requests and ensure timely follow-up and completion.
• Track maintenance issues and follow up with Engineering through the relevant systems.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Laundry, Engineering and other departments to support smooth daily operations.
• Manage VIP arrivals, special requests, traces and guest preferences, ensuring timely communication with the relevant teams.
• Maintain reports, productivity records and operational data. Support stock checks, inventories and department orders.
• Manage department schedules through HR Hub and complete required training and records.

Requirements

• Two-year IEK or technical school diploma.
• 1–2 years of experience in Housekeeping, Front Office or Rooms Division Operations.
• Experience in Opera PMS, Guest Services or administrative coordination is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS, GXP and basic Marriott systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with good attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills, with a guest-focused and proactive approach.
