About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Coordinator Maintenance Systems & Planning to join our Mobile Maintenance team based at our Perth Head Office.

This is a key role responsible for ensuring the integrity, effectiveness and consistent application of maintenance systems and planning processes across our operations. Working closely with maintenance, reliability and planning stakeholders, you will provide governance and support for our CMMS, maintenance planning standards, asset data management, forecasting and reporting functions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a maintenance planning or systems professional who enjoys driving process improvement, supporting operational teams and delivering reliable maintenance data that enables informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide governance and administration support for CMMS (Pronto) and maintenance planning systems.
• Support the consistent application of maintenance planning standards across the business.
• Coordinate asset data management and asset transfers within maintenance systems.
• Develop and maintain maintenance forecasts, reports and planning metrics.
• Provide technical support and guidance to site-based planners and stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve maintenance system issues.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure maintenance records and asset information are accurate, current and compliant.
• Maintain LV registrations with the Department of Transport (DOT).
• Produce reporting and analysis to support maintenance performance and asset reliability outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Experience working with Pronto CMMS or a similar maintenance management system.
• Strong computer literacy and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational abilities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience supporting maintenance planning, asset management or reliability functions.
• The ability to manage and coordinate maintenance data with a high level of accuracy.
• A current C-Class Driver's Licence.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience with Pronto, INX, Qlik Sense, Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Mechanical trade qualification or relevant tertiary qualification.
• Mining, resources or heavy industry experience.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance systems and maintenance strategies.
• Understanding of OEM maintenance requirements and asset management principles.
