We are looking for a Coordinator, Landsports to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will coordinate the daily operation of land-based sports activities, creating engaging and memorable experiences for guests of all ages and fitness levels. You will organize sports programs, encourage guest participation and ensure high standards of safety, service and presentation across all sports facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise land sports activities, including tennis, basketball, football, beach volleyball, archery, table tennis and padel.
• Welcome guests, explain available activities, manage bookings and encourage participation through personalized service.
• Provide basic sports instruction and support coaches and trainers as required.
• Ensure guest safety and maintain sports facilities and equipment to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Monitor participation, maintain attendance records and gather guest feedback.
• Coordinate tournaments, special events and recreational initiatives with Recreation Management.
• Support seasonal team members, address guest concerns and promptly report operational, maintenance or safety issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality, sports or recreational facilities.
• Good knowledge of land sports, including rules, equipment and playing techniques.
• A diploma in Sports Science, Physical Education or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience working with children. A diploma in Pedagogy is an advantage.
• Fluency in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills, with an outgoing, energetic and guest-oriented approach.
• Strong safety awareness, initiative and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
