A day in the life as a Service Coordinator:

You will work as a Service Coordinator for the Nordic district with for example:

• Support the Service Manager with various tasks, back-up function, etc.
• Work with our Software systems Salesforce/ServiceMax and LN like placing service/work orders, update dispatch board, invoicing, cost calculations etc.
• Supporting the service team and customers with reports etc.
• Be in contact with customers for scheduling service, maintenance and inspections.
• Be in contact and collaborate with the different divisions in JBTMarel.

To qualify for the position, would like you to have experience from a similar role or tasks. You need to be a fast learner when it comes to systems and have previous experience working with Microsoft Office and a CRM system. As we are an international company it is important you are fluent in both English and Swedish. If you have additional language skills, we will see it as an advantage. We also need you to be able to travel to meet customers and colleagues a few times per year.
