THE JOB:

Bring your culinary talent to the fast-paced Conventions & Banquets team at Bellagio Las Vegas, where world-class events come to life through exceptional dining experiences. As a Cook, you’ll prepare and present high-quality dishes with precision, creativity, and teamwork while helping create unforgettable moments for guests attending luxury banquets, weddings, and special events. THE STARTING RATE: $26.6831 USD Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques

• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment

• Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service

• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation

• Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation

• Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service

• Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups

• Work as a team, assist all guests needs and inquiries

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Cook preferred

• Fromal Culinary training preferred
