Convenience Analyst, Circle K. 

About the Role

At Circle K Ireland, we are currently recruiting a commercially minded and data-driven Convenience Analyst to join our Market Development team.

This role will use data and insights to support pricing, category performance, promotions, loyalty, and business decision-making across Circle K Ireland. 

You will work closely with Category Management, Loyalty, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Data teams to identify opportunities, improve performance, and help drive profitable growth. 

This is a full time, permanent role based 5 days in the Circle K Support Office in Clonskeagh, Dublin 4.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Analyse sales, margin, pricing, promotion and customer data to identify commercial opportunities and recommend actions. 

• Support pricing strategy, competitor benchmarking and price execution across convenience categories. 

• Deliver insights and reporting to support category management, assortment reviews and promotional performance. 

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and performance packs using tools such as Power BI and Databricks. 

• Provide analysis and recommendations to support the Circle K Extra loyalty programme and customer engagement initiatives. 

• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve processes through AI and digital tools. 

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver commercial projects and turn insights into measurable business outcomes. 

• Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and senior leaders. 

• Build team capability by sharing guidance, examples and best practice on the effective and responsible use of AI and analytics tools. 

What You'll Bring 

• Experience in commercial analysis, retail analytics, category management, pricing or business intelligence. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large datasets. 

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI; SQL, Databricks or Python experience is an advantage. 

• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. 

• Experience in retail, FMCG or convenience environments is desirable.
