Responsibilities:

• Account Management and expense analysis including manufacturing overhead and SAR
• Working capital management and improvement projects (inventory, tooling, prototype RD sales)
• Investment controlling and payback analysis assist in China mid-term footprint analysis and bench market comparison in between VC and external market including labor and overhead cost etc. and process
• Project related follow up and initiation (digitalization in A/R, DO it more efficiently), lean treasury
• Reporting Assistant, month end closing, plant related PPT, and analysis bridge

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and other related fields
• At least 5 years’ working experience in manufacturing factory and well familiar with SAP system (SAP is preferred)
• Solid experience in analysis and cost reduction
• Independent working and problem solving
• Good English and MS OA software application & practice
• Strong analysis and high working initiation, self-motivation
