Zayo is seeking a Contracts Administrator to help keep our commercial contracting process moving efficiently and accurately. Partnering closely with Legal, Sales, and other internal teams, you'll coordinate contract execution, maintain accurate contract records, track agreement status, and support reporting and day-to-day contract operations.

Work Type: Hybrid - 2-3 days/week in office
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process sales contracts through DocuSign and coordinate required signatures.
- Maintain accurate and complete contract records in Salesforce and other designated systems.
- Partner with Legal and Sales to track contract status, follow up on outstanding items, and support timely execution.
- Organize contract, project, and related documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Prepare reports and maintain data related to contract activity and status.
- Monitor contract administration workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Provide administrative and document coordination support to attorneys and the broader Legal team.
- Handle confidential contract and business information with accuracy and discretion.
- Perform other related duties as needed to support the Legal team and business.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in contract administration, legal support, administrative coordination, or a related business function
- Experience supporting a legal team or contract management process
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Ability to follow established procedures, interpret instructions, meet deadlines, and work effectively with minimal supervision
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience with Salesforce and DocuSign
Estimated base pay range: $22.50 - $34.61 USD/hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
