We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Content Strategist III to support product and feature launch readiness for a global technology platform.

This role is focused on ensuring support content is accurate, complete, tested, and ready before new products and features go live. The Content Strategist will work closely with Product, Engineering, Product Operations, Localization, Marketing, Communications, and Support Operations to develop Help Center content, chatbot responses, and content supporting Generative AI experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strong content strategy and technical writing skills with project management, product launch experience, and hands on Generative AI or LLM content experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross functional teams to identify support content requirements for upcoming product and feature launches
  • Develop content plans aligned with launch schedules, dependencies, and go live dates
  • Audit existing support content and identify gaps, outdated information, and required updates
  • Write, edit, and improve Help Center articles, chatbot content, customer support responses, and other user facing support materials
  • Create and optimize content used within Generative AI and LLM powered support experiences
  • Draft and stage confidential pre launch content that cannot be published until go live
  • Test and dogfood pre launch product features to validate support content before release
  • Test chatbot and AI powered support responses for accuracy and effectiveness
  • Track content readiness through launch plans, master trackers, and associated project tasks
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and potential blockers and communicate them to stakeholders early
  • Coordinate with Localization teams to ensure content is ready across global markets within required timelines
  • Ensure support content is accurate and available across applicable user entry points on launch day
  • Maintain content standards, editorial guidelines, terminology, and best practices
  • Manage multiple concurrent product launches with competing and frequently changing deadlines
  • Recommend improvements to launch readiness processes, workflows, documentation, and tooling
  • Translate complex product information into clear, concise, user focused support content

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent international university degree
  • 2+ years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, support content, or a related field
  • 6+ months of hands on experience creating, optimizing, or managing content for Generative AI and/or LLM based experiences
  • Strong writing, editing, and content strategy skills
  • Experience creating online Help Center content and customer support responses for mobile applications, technology products, or social platforms
  • Experience working against defined product launch or go live dates
  • Experience coordinating deliverables across multiple cross functional stakeholders
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or launches with shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Strong critical thinking and editorial judgment when working with complex or sensitive topics
  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential and pre launch information
  • Experience using content management systems and project management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate, high quality content within fixed deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience preparing support or Help Center content for new product and feature launches
  • Experience partnering with Product, Product Operations, Engineering, Localization, or Support Operations
  • Experience with localization workflows and global content
  • Experience testing or dogfooding products before launch
  • Experience with Generative AI tools and LLM powered experiences
  • Familiarity with data analysis
  • Familiarity with XML editing
  • Experience working in a fast paced technology, mobile application, social media, or consumer product environment

Key Skills

Content Strategy: Ability to plan, write, edit, and improve user support content across multiple channels.

Generative AI: Hands on experience developing or optimizing content for Generative AI and/or LLM powered experiences.

Project Management: Ability to prioritize and coordinate content across multiple concurrent product and feature launches.

Launch Readiness: Experience working toward fixed launch dates and ensuring content and support experiences are ready for go live.

Cross Functional Collaboration: Ability to effectively partner with Product, Engineering, Product Operations, Localization, Support Operations, and other stakeholders.

Editorial Judgment: Strong attention to detail with the ability to simplify complex information while maintaining accuracy.

Location: United States (Remote)

Role type: Contract 6 Month Position 

Expected hours: 40 per week
