Do you love fashion, social media and creating content that people actually want to watch?

We’re looking for a creative and confident Content Creator / Social Media Talent to join our team at Michael Kors Outlet Hede in Kungsbacka and help bring our store, products and people to life on social media.

This is a hands-on role for someone who feels completely at home with a phone in their hand – whether you’re filming a new arrival, creating a styling video, jumping on a trend or getting in front of the camera yourself.

You’ll create engaging short-form content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, with the store as your playground. We’re looking for someone who is excited to make an impact locally, but also has the ambition to grow and develop as our social media presence evolves – potentially beyond Hede and across the Nordics.

What you’ll do

• Create and film Reels, TikToks, Stories and other short-form content
• Be comfortable appearing on camera and presenting products
• Edit videos and turn everyday store moments into engaging content
• Showcase new arrivals, styling, promotions, events and what’s happening in store
• Spot trends and translate them into content that fits the Michael Kors brand
• Work closely with the store team to generate ideas and create content consistently

We think you’re someone who

• Naturally understands TikTok, Instagram and current social media trends
• Has a strong visual eye and loves fashion
• Is confident, energetic and comfortable in front of the camera
• Knows how to film and edit great content on a phone
• Can take an idea and make it happen without needing a huge production
• Understands the difference between just posting and creating something people stop scrolling for
• Is creative and independent, but also a true team player
• Is excited to learn, develop and grow with the opportunity

Experience in content creation, fashion, retail or social media is a plus – but talent, creativity and the right personality matter most.

As part of our store team, you’ll also bring a true team-player mindset. While content creation will be your main focus, retail is all about working together, and from time to time you’ll support the wider team wherever needed.
