Location: Forum Facility - Louisville, KY (On-site)The Consumer eCommerce Specialist - Promotions & Inventory owns the planning, and execution of promotions and gift cards across our house of brands to drive conversion, revenue, and customer retention, as well as ensuring accurate inventory and shipping experiences. This role reports to the Senior Manager Consumer eCommerce - Site Experience & Commerce Operations and will focus on day-to-day execution and continuous improvement across promotions and campaigns, pricing, and gift cards partnering with cross-functional teams including Digital, Brand, DT, UX Design, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Legal.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promotions
- Own setup, QA, and onsite execution of promotions across brands, ensuring accuracy and alignment to commercial priorities.
- Validate offer details and customer-facing messaging (terms, eligibility, creative placement, and timing) to ensure consistent execution.
Campaigns & On-site Execution
- Execute onsite components of campaigns, ensuring pages, modules, messaging, and promotional placements launch on time and as intended.
- Coordinate campaign-related inputs (ticketing, requirements gathering, timelines, and approvals) with cross-functional partners and agencies.
Pricing
- Support pricing execution onsite, including validation of promotional pricing, offer hierarchy, and pricing display in partnership with pricing and finance stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate pricing discrepancies; coordinate fixes and confirm resolution through QA.
Inventory (Availability Accuracy & Customer Communication)
- Maintain and validate inventory/availability presentation onsite in partnership with operations and tech teams.
- Identify and escalate inventory-related experience issues impacting conversion or customer trust.
Shipping Timeline (Delivery Promise & Transparency)
- Ensure shipping timeline experiences are accurate and updated across key pages and flows.
- Partner to troubleshoot and resolve shipping timeline issues; validate fixes through QA.
Gift Cards
- Launch and manage onsite and 3rd part partnership execution for gift cards, including merchandising placement, purchase flow considerations, and coordination of updates across brands.
- Monitor gift card customer experience and performance indicators; recommend enhancements to improve conversion and usability.
Cross-Functional Workflow & Delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional requests and workflows to ensure timely delivery of promotion, campaign, pricing, gift card loyalty updates.
- Partner with internal teams and agencies to ensure consistent execution across onsite touchpoints and adherence to brand standards, customer experience principles, and compliance requirements.
Competitive Benchmarking
- Perform comprehensive competitive benchmarking to identify top industry trends, and insights used to provide recommendations on promotional opportunities
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; marketing or business administration preferred
- 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: digital/brand marketing, traditional marketing, or media
- Minimum 2 years of prior e-commerce experience
- Demonstrate ability to interpret relevant KPIs/performance and optimize merchandising plans to drive sales
- Prior experience working with web analytics, digital tools / technology, and multiple vendor/agency partners
- Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to form strong partnerships and working relationships within the team, cross-functional and with vendor/agency partners
- Ability to think strategically and tactically while balancing competing priorities
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills
Desired Characteristics
- Hands-on experience executing onsite promotions, pricing, or campaign setups within eCommerce platforms
- Proven ability to QA and troubleshoot site issues and drive resolution
- Experience working with multiple brands in an omni-channel environment
- Demonstrated initiative-taker with the ability to work in a very fast-paced, matrixed organization serving as a catalyst for change and managing multiple work streams simultaneously
