Job Description

岗位职责
1.基于客户要求，提供色谱质谱等仪器的实操指导，进行培训或咨询方案设计等支持；
2.基于客户工作流，进行指导或提出优化建议，助力客户降本增效；
3.演示仪器硬件/软件操作或维护流程，解答用户问题，跟踪用户需求；
4.提供持续支持并跟进、并及时反馈培训/咨询结果；
5.关注行业动态，跟踪应用热点问题，发掘培训/咨询/解决方案需求，开发制作培训材料，与关联部门同事积极协作，用针对性培训服务提升用户体验。

 

Qualifications

岗位要求
1.硕士及以上学历，仪器分析、分析化学、环境、食品、材料等相关专业；具备 2 年及以上检测分析、应用支持或分析方法开发相关工作经验者优先。
2.熟悉应用化学相关市场，具备 GCMS、LCMS 或 ICPMS 等色谱质谱分析仪器软硬件使用经验，能够独立完成仪器操作、方法开发、问题排查及日常维护；熟悉环境监测、食品安全、材料/化工、石化、疾控等行业的典型应用场景、工作流程及相关法规要求。
3.具备较强的主动学习能力、沟通表达能力和客户服务意识，能够为客户提供专业、及时的技术支持；具备良好的英语听说读写能力，并能适应约 50% 的出差频率。
