  • AEM Full Stack Developer (AEM + React) Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated AEM Full Stack Developer to join our digital experience engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and modern front-end technologies, particularly React.js. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise-scale websites and digital platforms built on Adobe Experience Manager. The role requires strong expertise in both back-end and front-end development, enabling the candidate to work across the full application stack. The individual will collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, UX teams, content authors, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver scalable, secure, high-performing, and user-friendly digital experiences. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of AEM architecture, content management, reusable component development, API integrations, content migration, performance optimization, and cloud-based deployment practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain reusable AEM components, templates, workflows, services, and content structures. Develop and enhance front-end user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development frameworks. Build and integrate React components with AEM Content Services and REST-based APIs. Develop custom AEM functionalities using Java, Sling Models, OSGi services, HTL (Sightly), and JCR. Configure and maintain editable templates, content fragments, experience fragments, and authoring capabilities. Collaborate with solution architects to create scalable and maintainable digital solutions. Participate in requirement analysis, technical design discussions, effort estimation, and solution reviews. Develop integrations with third-party platforms and enterprise applications. Implement and support content migration activities across environments and platforms. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, accessibility standards, and performance best practices. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. Work closely with QA teams to improve code quality and support automated testing initiatives. Support CI/CD deployment activities and release management processes. Assist business users and content authors in resolving platform-related issues.
