Requirements

• 5+ years’ post-qualified experience and are qualified in residential conveyancing as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
• A passion for client service and an ability to deliver an experience that clients recommend to others
• A drive for building your own case load
• Experience and competency in taking complete ownership of sale, purchase, remortgage and transfers of equity work from beginning to end
• Experience of freehold and leasehold property transactions
• Strong affinity for digital technology and working smarter
