Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Construction Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to work on a world leading giga project.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and manage construction execution plans, resource requirements, and critical project milestones.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to maximise productivity and project performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client representatives and key project stakeholders on all construction-related matters.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and constraints, and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of construction management experience delivering large civil, infrastructure, industrial, or structural projects.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary site teams and managing construction superintendents and engineers.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, planning, scheduling, and field operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and major construction equipment resources.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Previous experience delivering major infrastructure, public realm, or complex urban development projects.
- Knowledge of contract administration, procurement, and commercial management principles.
- Experience working within large-scale programme or PMO environments.
- Strong understanding of quality management, health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Experience working on projects within the Middle East and leading culturally diverse teams.
