As a Compliance Resource Center- Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will facilitate adherence to ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity, developing and implementing policies to validate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for analyzing complex problems and mentoring others, maintaining professional standards. You will respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use a broad range of tools to generate new ideas and solve problems. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements, contributing to the overall strategy and objectives of your projects.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Conducting compliance risk assessments and overseeing compliance program implementation
- Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks effectively
- Building meaningful client connections and managing stakeholder expectations
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Answering calls, self-service tickets and chats from PwC employees, contractors and new hires to provide them guidance and assistance regarding E&C and related topics, such as personal independence, regulatory compliance and other topical areas covered by knowledge base documents and internal systems (investments portfolio, automated investment recording system, learning and development, CPA licensing, CPE compliance), both in English (US) and Spanish (MX)
- Facilitating adherence to ethical standards and promoting a culture of integrity within the organization
- Paying significant attention to detail to identify and correct issues; identifying and making suggestions for efficiencies and improvements when performing work
- Leading compliance training sessions and developing policies and guidelines to support business ethics
- Monitoring budgets and compliance metrics to validate alignment with organizational goals

What You Must Have

- At least a Graduate / Post graduate
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
