Your Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to support our expanding compliance operations. You’ll help maintain operate compliance administrative tasks and and contribute to our compliance framework supporting compliance with local regulations and international standards such as ISO 27001

As our scope crosses heavily on cybersecurity cybersecurity governance and control oversight, candidates with experience or interest in cybersecurity frameworks will be especially valued. This is a hands-on, execution-first role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-trust environments and wants to grow at the intersection of regulation, security, and innovation.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field.
• Min of 3 years of hands-on experience in Information Technology compliance, audit support, risk management or governance, in tech, telecom, or cloud sectors.
• Hands-on experience in implementing standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or PCI DSS and regulatory controls such as CRF, NCA ECC/CCC, or PDPL.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles (access control, encryption, risk treatment, incident reporting, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and documentation quality.
  Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Who We’re Looking For

• A detail-oriented Compliance Specialist with hands-on experience in IT compliance operations, cybersecurity governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to translate frameworks and regulations into day-to-day operational activities, including:
• Maintaining compliance documentation.
• Coordinating evidence collection.
• Tracking remediation actions.
• Supporting audit and certification readiness.
• Solid understanding of frameworks and standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, with practical experience supporting the implementation and ongoing operation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Familiarity with local frameworks and regulations, such as NCA ECC/CCC, CRF, TDRA, and PDPL.
• Understanding of core cybersecurity controls, including:
• Access management.
• Encryption.
• Logging and monitoring.
• Risk treatment.
• Incident reporting.
• Third-party security.
• Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and an execution-focused mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating ownership, accuracy, and effective cross-functional coordination to maintain compliance and strengthen the organization’s cybersecurity posture.
