Compliance Officer — Join Our Growing Compliance Function

We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Compliance Officer to support the development and delivery of our organisation‑wide compliance framework. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, problem‑solving and working across multiple departments to help build a strong, future‑ready compliance culture.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the creation and maintenance of compliance policies, controls and documentation
• Coordinating risk assessments, evidence collection and internal audits
• Monitoring regulatory changes and helping assess their impact
• Assisting supplier quality compliance checks
• Assisting with compliance incident logging, investigations and reporting
• Working closely with multiple departments to embed compliance across the business

What we’re looking for

• Experience in compliance, risk, audit, quality or a regulated environment
• Strong organisational and documentation skills
• Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
• Able to analyse information, spot gaps and follow actions through
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and changing requirements
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn
