Responsibilities:

  • Documentation & Administration:
    • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for all commission plans, policies, processes, and historical payouts.
    • Administer and manage the commission platform, Spiff, including system configuration, data uploads, calculations, and troubleshooting.
    • Manage user access to the commission platform and facilitate the distribution of relevant commission documents to stakeholders.
  • Compensation Plan Design & Analysis:
    • Proactively identify and drive opportunities for improvement in commission plan design based on performance data and business objectives. This role is critical in driving alignment between comp plans and business outcomes and internal equity between plans
    • Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations management and the Commission Review Committee on proposals for compensation plan design changes
    • Conduct in-depth modeling and scenario analysis to assess the financial impact and effectiveness of proposed compensation plan adjustments.
  • Performance Monitoring & Review:
    • Regularly review and analyze commission payouts against plan design to assess effectiveness and identify trends.
    • Evaluate internal equity, payout ratios, and other key compensation metrics to ensure fair and competitive sales compensation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Meetings:
    • Lead and facilitate Quarterly Commission Review meetings with the Commission Review Committee and management to discuss performance, review plan effectiveness, and propose future adjustments.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for commission-related inquiries, providing support and guidance to sales teams and other departments.
    • Plan, execute, and support on commission related or adjacent projects as needed

Qualifications:
