Job Posting - Advanced Service Technician

The role
We are looking for a Advanced Service Technician to support Munters customers through reliable field service, maintenance, troubleshooting and technical support. In this role, you will help ensure Munters solutions operate safely, efficiently and in line with customer expectations. This role suits an advanced practitioner who can solve difficult non-routine issues and help coordinate daily work.

What you will do
- Lead daily field-service activities for assigned jobs and coordinate tasks for less experienced technicians when required.
- Analyze difficult technical issues, support root-cause identification and recommend corrective actions.
- Follow Munters safety, quality and customer-site requirements in all service activities.
- Support installation, commissioning, inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Munters equipment and systems.
- Use service tools, drawings, instructions and documentation to complete assigned work accurately.
- Record work performed, parts used, findings and recommendations in the relevant service systems.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues, customers and stakeholders on task status, risks and required follow-up.

What you bring
- Education: Vocational.
- Relevant experience: typically 4-6 years, depending on local market and role scope.
- Hands-on technical aptitude and ability to work safely with mechanical, electrical, control or HVAC-related equipment.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, service documentation and safety procedures.
- Customer-oriented communication style and willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
- Ability to coach others, share knowledge and coordinate daily work in a practical, hands-on environment.
