Responsibilities:
Prepare and produce breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and other bakery products according to approved recipes and standards.
Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, texture, portioning,
and presentation.
Perform mixing, baking, decorating, finishing, and other bakery and pastry production processes.
Monitor daily production requirements and ensure timely preparation of all assigned items.
Minimize food wastage and maintain effective portion and cost control.
Properly operate and maintain bakery and pastry equipment and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
Support the Bakery & Pastry Chef during daily operations, functions, and special events.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
What you bring
Experience in Luxury Restaurant and related field
Background in French Pastry will be an advantage
Excellent command in English
Good eye / attention to details
