Compensation

Hourly base pay rate is $20.10 - $30.10/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

As a Commercial Services Specialist II, you’ll play an important role in every transaction by maintaining accurate vehicle information, supporting customers and partnering with other teams to keep sales running smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do 

You’ll support the full lifecycle of vehicle sales by maintaining accurate records, supporting customers and coordinating across teams to keep transactions on track. In this role, you will:

• Accurately enter and maintain vehicle information, including VINs, condition reports, pricing and inventory details in AS400.
• Keep physical and digital vehicle files up to date.
• Build strong relationships by responding to inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring customer requirements are met.
• Partner with internal teams to verify titles, track repairs, apply charges and prepare vehicles for in-lane and online sales.
• Review incoming vehicle data, investigate discrepancies, confirm sale eligibility and provide inventory reporting to customers.
• Prepare run lists and sale packages, support sale-day operations, balance sales with accounting and complete invoicing and reporting.
• Follow all safety procedures while actively supporting a culture of safety excellence.

Required Qualifications

Minimum​​

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.

• OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline.

• OR 5 years’ experience in a related field

• Previous experience in automotive, auction, fleet management, logistics, or related administrative roles.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced auction environment.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

​Preferred

• Experience with auction management software (e.g.,AS400, ASI, Auction Edge, AutoIMS, DRIVIN, etc.).

• Knowledge of title processing and vehicle remarketing operations.

• Prior experience supporting commercial accounts or B2B clients.
