We are looking for a Commercial Lead to shape and drive our Thailand business across Retail and Wholesale channels, delivering sustainable growth while elevating the Levi’s® brand experience.
About the Role
This is a senior leadership role within the Thailand Leadership Team, with end-to-end accountability for commercial performance, channel strategy, and market development.
You will lead an integrated commercial approach—driving growth, strengthening key partnerships, and ensuring consistent, premium brand execution across all consumer touchpoints.
What You’ll Do
Lead Commercial Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute the Thailand commercial strategy and Annual Business Plan across Retail and Wholesale
- Identify new growth opportunities, expand market presence, and drive sustainable topline and profitability
- Build a strong omni-channel ecosystem delivering a seamless consumer experience
Own Business Performance (P&L Mindset)
- Drive revenue, profitability, and productivity across all channels
- Set and track clear KPIs, translating insights into actionable plans
- Continuously optimize business performance, inventory, and margins
- Operate with full accountability and ownership for commercial outcomes
Elevate Brand & Consumer Experience
- Ensure best-in-class retail and digital brand experience, aligned with global standards
- Lead store network development, real estate strategy, and execution excellence
- Champion consumer-centric thinking to strengthen brand equity and loyalty
Strengthen Wholesale & Strategic Partnerships
- Build and grow strategic key account partnerships for long-term success
- Lead negotiations, joint business planning, and performance management
- Unlock new opportunities through collaboration and market insights
Drive Execution Excellence
- Translate strategy into clear execution standards (“picture of success”) in-market
- Ensure strong sales operations, inventory management, and alignment with global/cluster direction
- Foster a culture of disciplined execution and continuous improvement
Collaborate Across Functions to Drive the Business
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and deliver integrated business plans
- Build strong internal partnerships to ensure clear decision-making, disciplined execution, and shared accountability for Thailand business outcomes
Lead & Inspire Teams
- Build and lead a high-performing, diverse commercial team
- Develop capabilities in selling, retail excellence, and account management
- Coach, empower, and inspire teams to deliver results and grow their careers
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or retail leadership, with multi-channel exposure
- Proven track record of driving business growth and managing key accounts
- Strong business and financial acumen, with analytical decision-making capability
- Experience operating in a matrix, fast-paced, consumer-driven environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
